Inkyideas totally relies on Pixeljet® for high-speed production

New Delhi, August 27, 2023: Covering across the length & breadth of Eastern India for over the last two decades, Inkyideas serves both urban and rural clients who are overjoyed with the graphics produced on a line of Pixeljet® printers. The company’s machine portfolio predominantly consists of Pixeljet® printers from Monotech Systems, which manufactures the brand Pixeljet® and provides one-stop solutions for the printing and packaging industry globally.

Incepted in the year 2009, Kalyani-headquartered Inkyideas has been engaging in digital large-format printing and extensive execution of turnkey outdoor campaigns for big brands throughout West Bengal and the neighbouring areas, in English and Bengali. The company has its main unit in Kalyan that covers the central and south West Bengal and Odisha, while its Raiganj unit is set for covering North Bengal, Assam, Bihar and Jharkhand. The next step expansion plan of Inkyideas is to open its third unit in Odisha soon.

Pixeljet® Prime is ideally a very high-speed solvent printer equipped with Konica Minolta 512i printhead, powerful IR dryer and capable to run at 210 sq m/h for producing graphic up to 1440 dpi. Then the Pixeljet® Impulse printer is a capable UV flatbed to deliver impressive print quality with media versatility. Mr Kundu says this UV flatbed empowers them to print directly on diverse media for unlimited applications. “This new UV printer gives us the freedom to custom print on rigid materials like wood, glass, ceramic tile, melamine, home appliances, and many more,” he adds.

“Pixeljet® miniRTR with RICOH industrial grade printheads is yet another UV printer that we consider a game changer for us when it comes to printing on variety of signage and decor applications. It allows us to fulfil the demands of our customers who come to us for graphics on self-adhesive vinyl, outdoor materials, films, leather, wallpaper, etc,” mentions Mr Kundu. At the speed of 150 sq ft/hr, Pixeljet® miniRTR delivers graphics in resolution of 2400 dpi. Featured with UV LED curing system adjustable for different materials, this RTR system can take up maximum material size up to 1900mm.

With a strong team of around 15 signage printing and production professionals along with 7 highly skilled graphic designers, Inkyideas boasts a strong client base comprising big brands like Pantaloon, NTPC, Bayer, Godrej Agrovet, among others. “Today, we fulfil the desire and demands of our customers because of Pixeljet. Nageen Print Pack adopts Pixeljet® Ultron+ for rigid material printing

New Delhi, January 14, 2022: Monotech Systems, manufacturer of Pixeljet® Series of digital large-format printers has installed Pixeljet® Ultron+ UV hybrid printer at Nageen Print Pack in Meerut. Installation of the new digital large-format UV hybrid printer has empowered Nageen Print Pack to take its rigid material printing to another level.

Nageen Print Pack, a division of 40-year-old publishing group Nageen Prakashan, is a fastest-growing printing and packaging service provider. The company boasts of a state-of-the-art infrastructure of 1,50,000 sq ft in area with a line of pre-press, press and post-press equipment. “We provide printing and packaging services using sheet-fed, automated binding, fully automated die-cutting and folding machines. Pixeljet® Ultron+ features RICOH industrial-grade printheads (7–35 pL), which enable to deliver sharp prints produced combining white ink and six colours. The high-density colour and high-speed printing function of the machine makes print outputs brighter, vivid, and intense in resolution up to 2400 dpi at the maximum speed of 45 sq m/hr. The printer has a flatbed printing area of 3300x1800mm and 3200mm in roll-to-roll printing. It can take materials up to 100mm thick.
